Marsha Mangaroo became a Business Assistant with BCSR at Rutgers University in 2023. In this role, Ms. Mangaroo processes various financial documents and data, provides monthly analysis of the department’s budget activities, and prepares internal and external financial reports.

Ms. Mangaroo has lived in many places including the Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago where she’s from, and Japan while her husband served in the military. She also values growth and collaboration and is continuously striving to improve both herself and the workplace.
