
About Us
As a research center of the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, the Bloustein Center for Survey Research (BCSR) brings together expertise in a wide range of public policy areas with a full complement of research designs and methodologies. Our mission is to conduct high quality survey and evaluation research that meets the needs of our clients and advances understanding of contemporary social and public health issues.
The Bloustein Center for Survey Research directors and staff have more than 80 years combined experience conducting survey and evaluation research. The BCSR is a full-service research center offering clients assistance with study and sampling design, multiple method data collection, focus groups, analysis, reports, and presentations.
The BCSR staff has extensive experience conducting survey and evaluation research in various public policy fields. The center has conducted needs assessments, program evaluations, tracking studies, and outreach analyses in education, social services, health and health care, maternal and child health, behavioral health, disability assessment, the environment, sustainability, business, and transportation.
