Telephone Surveys

A large portion of BCSR's research is conducted using telephone interviews. For large projects, such as statewide or regional "probability" samples, the Center uses the services of a top professional field operation. BCSR also has its own Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) capability for small to medium size projects.
